Construction work of the Roads at the cost of Rs. 4 crores started in Lajpat Nagar

New Delhi, 19th January. Addressing the people assembled on the inauguration of the construction works by the South Delhi Municipal Corporation at the cost of 4 crore rupees in Lajpat Nagar area, BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta told that all the three Municipal Corporations of Delhi are committed to all round development of the capital. BJP wants that every family in Delhi may get the amenities provided by the Corporations and every person becomes prosperous. 

Referring to the anti people policies, arbitrary decisions, price spiral and increase in crimes under the Congress rule at centre and Delhi, he told that when nobody is safe in the capital of India then what will be the condition in other parts of the country can easily be imagined. Media has also found in its surveys that 96 percent of women do not feel safe even in their houses. Congress Government is not worried about the common man. Government is busy only in economic exploitation of the people of Delhi. 

Due to price spiral, now 70 percent of the people do not get sufficient nutritious food. Prices of all the food items are sky rocketing. In place of reducing the burden of taxes the way in which Central and Delhi Governments have deregulated Diesel and edible oil, price rise will become uncontrolled. People shall suffer due to mal nutrition because of insufficient nutritious food. Congress Government has put Delhi in a very difficult situation. It has become difficult for the poor people live in Delhi. 

Mayor Savita Gupta told that after assuming the post of Mayor, she is worried about the fact that how Delhi will become a capital enjoying all the civic amenities? Congress Government is treating the Corporations in a step motherly way. In spite of this, the SDMC is committed for all round development of Delhi. Efforts are being made to provide all the basic amenities to the people. We want that every child is educated, every citizen is healthy and every woman is safe.
