Chief Minister is misusing her position

Notice periods ends, now Vijender Gupta will meet Sheila in the Court

New Delhi, 19th March. On her failure to reply to the legal notice by BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta to the Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit served on 14th March, Pradesh President will file case for damages and defamation. Shri Gupta told that in view of MCD elections, Delhi Government at the instance of Chief Minister has tried to defame and harass him, by service notice to 'Sampurna'. But the Chief Minister did not reply to the notice of Pradesh President because she had no appropriate answer with her.

He told that BJP is not going to be pressurise by the tricks of Delhi Government. The public movement initiated by BJP will continue with full force. Chief Minister wants that in place of framing strategy for the MCD elections, BJP President’s time and attention be diverted. Shri Gupta told that 'Sampurana' is a reputed NGO of Delhi. This organizations had provided training to thousands of young men & women for getting employment. This is an NGO which is working for the service of the people for long time without earning any profit. This institution has also received many commendations and prizes from Government and non-Government organisations. Chief Minister is shaken by the voice of the BJP raised for the common man. When she did not get any other reason, she started defaming 'Sampurana' without any basis and this has made him stronger. BJP will give befitting reply to every attack of Delhi Government.

On 12th March the Chief Minister had in a Press Conference alleged that BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta runs an NGO named 'Sampurana'. She had levelled many charges against it without any proof. After some time the Chief Minister said that she will provide proof about it. Taking it seriously Shri Gupta sent notice to the Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit at her residence 3, Moti Lal Nehru Marg on 14th March. It was stated in the notice that the Chief Minister should apologise within a week for levelling charges against 'Sampurana' otherwise legal action will be taken. Smt. Dikshit has not replied as yet. Shri Gupta added that the Chief Minister has no basis to level such charges. Delhi Government has created many records of corruption. Whoever raises his voice against its corruption is suppressed by the Government by using various methods.
