After the inauguration of election office of Akali Dal candidate Satwinder Kaur Sirsa in Punjabi Bagh, Pradesh President addresses the people

Vijender Gupta appeals to the Party workers to fulfil their resolve of victory in Ramlila Maidan

Addressing a big public meeting in connection with the MCD elections in Punjabi Bagh today, BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta said that the elections to the MCD is going to be a decisive battle of the people and BJP against the Congress. In this battle the people will dislodge the Congress Government and pave the way for the victory of BJP. Starting from the victory of BJP in MCD elections this year, Assembly elections in 2013 will conclude in its victory in the Lok Sabha elections in 2014. This election is decisive. He reminded the workers of their resolve in the massive workers conference at Ramlila Maidan on the 26th February, 2012 in which the former National President Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu had administered resolve to the 70 thousand workers with the BJP flags in one hand and raising their other hand. We, karyakartas and leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party, pledge to work tirelessly, unitedly and with single-minded determination to oust the corrupt and anti-people Congress governments both in Delhi and at the Centre. We shall not rest until we once again hoist the flag of Good Governance, Development and Security — in Delhi as well as in New Delhi. We shall win the hearts and minds of all sections of society by serving them with utmost dedication. Guided by the proud and distinctive tradition of our great Party, we shall uphold the ideology, promote the ideals and strengthen the image of the BJP with our disciplined conduct.”

Shri Gupta was addressing thousands of workers present on the occasion of inauguration of election office of Mrs. Satwinder Kaur Sirsa w/o Manjinder Singh Sirsa contesting on the ticket of BJP Akali Alliance from Punjabi Bagh Ward. He told that the workers should forget their differences and should start working for the victory of BJP from today itself so that the Congress may be taught a lesson for its corruption, price spiral, anti people policies, loot during the last ten years of Congress rule. During the Janasangharsh Yatra in entire Delhi from 11th to 25th February, 2012, two crore people of Delhi had given clear signal that they want to see the BJP as the ruling party. They are completely disillusioned with the Congress Government which has betrayed the people and increased corruption, price rise etc. and they are not ready to see the Congress rule any more. The atmosphere of victory for the BJP is ready. It is the responsibility of every worker that he should contact every voter of Delhi and bring them from their houses to the polling booth and help him to vote so that the Congress Party which has insulted the Constitution is routed in Delhi. He reminded about the statement of Shri L.K. Advani given on the 26th February in Ramlila Maidan that the Party which wins Delhi rules the country.

Shri Gupta further told that the MCD elections shall provide new directions to the country. The entire society is strongly opposing the Congress Party. Congress Government has no leadership, no economic policy, no credit, indecisive and involved in corruption. The people of the country are fed up with the anti people and corruption oriented policies of the UPA Government for the last eight years. People want to get rid of Congress Government. The victory in Delhi will decide the agenda of future elections.

In his concluding remarks he called upon the workers of Delhi that they should forget their differences in the larger interest of the country and start working for making BJP victorious with larger margins in all the three Corporations because the MCD elections are going to write a new history of BJP’s victory. BJP is a big Party in which every worker is tested for his hard work, honesty, dedication to the Party and integrity. Responsibilities are given to the workers according to their capacities. The future of the people who could not be given opportunity to contest in the elections this time due to any reason, are very bright. By utilizing their services on other occasion, they shall be certainly awarded for their hard work.

Congress will face certain defeat in M.C.D. elections

People of Delhi have realised that Sheila Dikshit is anti people – Vijender Gupta

BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has said that after being held guilty by the Lokayukta for making false statements, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit continues to mislead the people of Delhi by telling falsehood to the people of Delhi on the occasion of M.C.D. elections. The people of Delhi have identified the real face of the Chief Minister. Here the people shall give a befitting reply to the corruption and anti people decisions taken by the Chief Minister and Congress Government to fuel price spiral in the forthcoming MCD elections. Congress Party will have to face certain defeat in all the three Corporations.

Shri Gupta told that the Chief Minister of Delhi does not want to give relief to the two crore people from price spiral. Hence she has not reduced VAT on essential commodities even after continuous price spiral. Contrary to her the Chief Minister of Goa reduced the VAT on petrol from 20% to .01%. Due to this the price of petrol decreased by Rs. 11/- per litre in Goa. The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shri Shiv Raj Singh Chauhan has also abolished 5% VAT levied on power, sugar, textiles. Due to this the price of sugar, garments and power have decreased. The Madhya Pradesh Government has also provided relief to the people by reducing VAT on petrol.

BJP Delhi Pradesh has alleged that the Congress Government ruling for the 13 years is completely corrupt and encourages price rise. In place of providing drinking water to the people suffering from scarcity of water, the Government took initiative to open wine shops. Hence in the present Budget the woman Chief Minister of Delhi Sheila Dikshit has taken anti people decision for opening new wine shops. The Congress Government of Delhi has become a Government serving the interests of land mafia, builder mafia, middlemen, touts and profiteers. This Government has become completely insensitive to the sufferings of the people and every citizen is suffering under this regime.

Delhi has become haven for the criminals. Not a single day passes when innocent citizens do not become victim of the crime. The incidents of kidnapping, rape, murder, loot, chain snatching, eve teasing are common. In a survey it has been found that 79% women do not feel secure in their houses. The women of Delhi think that after 7 p.m. going out of their houses is to invite trouble. This is the condition of the capital of India. One can easily imagine the condition of law & order in the remote areas of the country. The incidents of missing children are also increasing very fast. But the Government is mum.

Sheila Dikshit is criticizing the Lokayukta to avoid legal action against her - BJP

BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has said that the Chief Minister of Delhi is criticizing the Lokayukta of Delhi so that she may be able to escape legal action. The BJP will ensure that Smt. Sheila Dikshit gets punishment for influencing the voters by making attractive promises and expose her conspiracy before the people and law.

The Lokayukta of Delhi Justice Manmohan Sareen had recommended to the President of India for taking action against the Chief Minister for making false promise of providing 60,000 houses under Rajiv Ratan Aawas Yojna to influence the voters just before the Assembly elections in 2008. When this letter was forwarded to the Chief Minister’s office by the President then the Chief Minister distorted the facts and made incorrect reply that she had not said that houses shall be allotted. The Chief Minister gave a written reply that she had said that 60,000 houses shall be constructed for the poor. The President of India did not take any action on this ground.

The Lokayukta tried to find out the reasons for not taking any stern action against the Chief Minister who had given misleading and false statement for securing votes. He found that the Chief Minister tried to mislead the President of India in her reply. The Lokayukta got statement of the Chief Minister translated by the translator of Delhi High Court. It was found that the Chief Minister lied to the President of India. The Chief Minister had promised to the poor of Delhi before the Assembly elections in 2008 that they shall be provided 60,000 houses at cheap rates. At the time when the Chief Minister had promised that 60,000 houses shall be allotted, there was no scheme with the Government for the houses to the poor.

The Lokayukta of Delhi treated the false reply of Chief Minister sent to the President of India as serious and again wrote to the President that action should be taken against the Chief Minister of Delhi Smt. Sheila Dikshit for misleading the President’s office. Furious due to the recommendation of the Lokayukta for again recommending action to the President, the Chief Minister of Delhi strongly criticized the Lokayukta Justice Manmohan Sareen saying that the Lokayukta is not above the President of India. Shri Gupta has termed this as the obstinacy of the Chief Minister and said that Smt. Sheila Dikshit has lost her balance due to the fear of legal action and she is criticizing the Lokayukta which is not proper in any way. Shri Gupta has demanded the Prime Minister to take necessary action against this behaviour of the Chief Minister.

Congress Chief Ministers should learn from BJP Government of Goa, how to curb price rise – Vijender Gupta

BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has said that the Chief Ministers of Congress ruled States of the country should emulate the decision of the Chief Minister of Goa Manohar Parrikar for decreasing VAT on petrol so that the people of their States may get relief from increased price of petrol.  It may be mentioned that Goa is the first State of the country which has decreased the VAT on petrol from 20% to .01%.
BJP has said that when the VAT on petrol can be decreased in a small State like Goa where the sources of revenue are limited then in Delhi which is densely populated State and where more than two crore people reside, why the Congress Government does not reduce VAT on petrol, diesel and cooking gas.  If the Government wants to give relief to the people it has many options.  BJP has been demanding that by reducing VAT on all the essential commodities, the Congress Government of Delhi can provide relief to the people from price rise.  But even after many requests of the BJP the corrupt, despotic and anti people Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit did not decrease or end VAT from any essential commodity.
The Central Government is going to increase the price of petrol by Rs. 5/- per litre and diesel by Rs. 2/- per litre w.e.f. 31st March.  At present the price of petrol is Rs. 66.42 per litre and price of diesel at Rs. 40.91 per litre.  After 31st March the price of petrol will increase to Rs. 71.42 and diesel Rs. 42.91.  It is apprehended that the Central Government may also take anti people decision of hiking the price of cooking gas also.  Due to it the freight of all goods will increase by 20% and price rise will become uncontrolled.
BJP Pradesh President told that the general budget 2012-13 has increased price rise by 30%.  By increasing the price of oil in the budget the Government is exploiting the common man.  This Government is not concerned about the common man.  Now the hand of Congress is throttling the common man.  In place of eradicating poverty the Government is making arrangements to eradicate the poor.

Party United to defeat the Congress candidates

Congress will have to face defeat due to corruption in Delhi and Central Governments – Vijender Gupta

New Delhi, 27th March. After the completion of nomination process for election of Councillors to the MCD, BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has said that the BJP workers are full of zeal. The Party is ready from the first day to rout the Congress candidates. The Congress will have to face defeat in the MCD elections due to corrupt Delhi & Central Governments. The voters of Delhi have made up their mind to make the BJP victorious in MCD elections.

He told that due to the possibility of massive victory of BJP candidates, seven thousand workers had applied for tickets to become candidates for being elected as Councillors. After detailed and intensive discussion only those candidates have been fielded by the Party leaders who are popular and whose image is clean besides being capable of winning the seats. In distributing tickets the local and other equations have also been taken into consideration so that every BJP candidates may give a strong fight to the Congress candidates and emerge victorious.

It has been the effort of BJP that new faces are given preference and this happened. Many new faces have been included in the BJP list. For Hauz Khas seat a 22 year old young woman Ankita Saini has been fielded by the Party so that a message may go to the youth that BJP values the youth. The Party is fully trying to give representation to all the sections of society in distributing tickets without any discrimination. There is large number of capable candidates in the BJP. The difficulty with the Party was that how the most suitable candidate may be selected unanimously out of the capable candidates. After marathon meetings and discussions tickets were given to those candidates on whose name the Party was unanimous.

Shri Gupta further told that the student union elections is the first school of politics. After that the elections to Municipal Corporations is highway for entering into politics. The Party will use the merit of those capable candidates who have not been given tickets for other purpose because BJP is such a Party where there is enough scope for work. Here only that candidate progresses who has patience, is discriplined and hard working. Pradesh President has appealed to lakhs of workers that they should start the campaign unitedly for making the candidates of their area victorious by heavy margin.

Sonia Gandhi should ask Sheila Dikshit to resign on the charges of misleading the Lokayukta – Vijender Gupta

Terming the plea of the Lokayukta to the President of India to review the decision in the case of Chief Minister of Delhi Smt. Sheila Dikshit for making misleading and false statement promising 60,000 houses to the poor under Rajiv Ratan Aawas Yojna for the poor just before the Assembly elections in 2008, as serious the BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has demanded the Congress President Sonia Gandhi to ask Mrs. Sheila Dikshit to resign on moral grounds for misusing her position.

Pradesh President told that the Lokayukta of Delhi has expressed strong reaction to the misleading and false reply of Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit and said that the Chief Minister has not adhered to the high standard of integrity and good conduct. Previously she issued false statements. When the matter was raised before Lokayukta the Chief Minister deliberately forwarded incorrect translation of her speech to the Lokayukta and the President. It shows that the Chief Minister did not want to apprise the President about the truth in this matter.

Now the legal translation done by the official translator of High Court has been produced. The Lokayukta has found Smt. Sheila Dikshit to be violating the Lokayukta law and on this ground he has recommended action against Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit. Shri Gupta said that this is a very serious case. During the last 13 years the Chief Minister has issued misleading and insulting statements to the people of Delhi. BJP will take this issue to the Parliament and the people and demand Chief Minister’s resignation.

Shri Gupta told that the Chief Minister dared to forward incorrect translation of her written statement to the Lokayukta for misleading him. She should be prosecuted for fraud. The Chief Minister also misled the President in this case. She had forwarded her translated written statement to the President shows that the complainant is related to a political party and hence he is trying to tarnish her image. She had replied to the Lokayukta that the Chief Minister had stated that 60,000 houses are being constructed and not that houses have been constructed.

Lokayukta Justice Manmohan Sareen had enquired about the statement issued by Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit in which she had tried to attract the attention of the poor people. He got the statement of Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit translated by official translator of Delhi High Court. The translator has clearly written that the Chief Minister had stated that houses have been constructed. On this basis the Lokayukta has raised question on this immoral act of the Chief Minister and said that the complainant has made the complaint under Delhi Lokayukta Act. Smt. Sheila Dikshit has been found guilty of violating the Lokayukta Act. Hence he has again recommended action against her to the President of India.

Police extortion in the name of verification of antecedents by stopped : BJP Legal Cell writes to Police Commissioner

Shri Anil Soni ,Convener- BJP Legal Cell has written a strong worded letter to The Commissioner Of Police at the “extortion” taking place at the Police Station level from ignorant aspiring MCD candidates across party-lines. It has come to our knowledge that the modus operandi of local police officials is that whosoever applies to have his criminal antecedents verified, he is first asked to make a payment of Rs.250/=(which by RTI application would be only Rs.10/=). Once Rs.250/= is paid, the prospective candidate is asked to come after 10-15 days (beyond 26th March, last date of filing nomination papers) to collect the character certificate, at this people get disheartened and frustrated and then are compelled to cough out money as per the belly of the local police to get it earlier.

Shri Anil Soni has asked The Commissioner Of Police to immediately take measures to stop the “extortion” and corrupt practice and also educate people that such certificate is not required by the Election Commission and only true information in the nature of Affidavits duly attested in Form 21 & 22 are to be attached with the nomination (Form No:2) by the candidates in the MCD elections. This will stop the horde of people across party- lines crowding inside police stations for a “character certificate”

A copy of the letter of The Commissioner of Police has also been sent to the Delhi State Election Commissioner to apprise the prospective candidates through the Returning Officers.

Further increase in the inflation Budget -Vijender Gupta

Even after the assurances from the President of India, Prime Minister and Finance Minister that inflation will not rise further, it is again increasing. Government data the rate of inflation has gone up from 7.65 to 8.83. The Government has also indicated that the price of petrol will increase by Rs. 5/- per liter and diesel by Rs. 2/- per liter after the 31st March. BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has said that the control of Central Government is no more. Delhi Government has become fully despotic. After the budget 2012-13 the prices of vegetables, fruits and food grains have increased by 30%. This increase has further created problems for the people of Delhi.

For the people consuming meet this budget has further increased their spending. The prices of egg, fishes, meet etc. have increased by 10.62%. The price of milk and milk products has increased by 15.76% and edible oil by 12.76%. The cost of house construction has increased by 30%. This has disappointed the people dreaming for their house in Delhi. Now it has become impossible for a common man to have a one room house in Delhi.

The power supply companies of Delhi have also warned of further increase in the tariff. There is possibility that the power tariff will be increased from April with the connivance of Delhi Government. This hike will be in the name of power, purchase, adjustment and fuel surcharges. Power consumers have been demanding that the CAG of India should audit the accounts of power companies and only after that the Government should decide about increasing or decreasing the power tariff. Until the CAG completes the audit of the accounts of power companies, the DERC and Delhi Government should not allow tariff hike. If the CAG audits the accounts of the companies then it is expected that the uncontrolled power companies of Delhi will have to cut power tariff.

Shri Gupta told that the Central and Delhi Congress Government have completely failed in running the Government. The Congress Government of Delhi is behaving in a despotic manner. Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit is misusing her powers to suppress her opponents. She does not believe in democratic methods and wants to take on her opponents with despotic means. Two crore people of Delhi have already decided to dislodge the Congress Government. The fall of Congress will start with the forthcoming MCD elections.

Chief Minister is misusing her position

Notice periods ends, now Vijender Gupta will meet Sheila in the Court

New Delhi, 19th March. On her failure to reply to the legal notice by BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta to the Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit served on 14th March, Pradesh President will file case for damages and defamation. Shri Gupta told that in view of MCD elections, Delhi Government at the instance of Chief Minister has tried to defame and harass him, by service notice to 'Sampurna'. But the Chief Minister did not reply to the notice of Pradesh President because she had no appropriate answer with her.

He told that BJP is not going to be pressurise by the tricks of Delhi Government. The public movement initiated by BJP will continue with full force. Chief Minister wants that in place of framing strategy for the MCD elections, BJP President’s time and attention be diverted. Shri Gupta told that 'Sampurana' is a reputed NGO of Delhi. This organizations had provided training to thousands of young men & women for getting employment. This is an NGO which is working for the service of the people for long time without earning any profit. This institution has also received many commendations and prizes from Government and non-Government organisations. Chief Minister is shaken by the voice of the BJP raised for the common man. When she did not get any other reason, she started defaming 'Sampurana' without any basis and this has made him stronger. BJP will give befitting reply to every attack of Delhi Government.

On 12th March the Chief Minister had in a Press Conference alleged that BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta runs an NGO named 'Sampurana'. She had levelled many charges against it without any proof. After some time the Chief Minister said that she will provide proof about it. Taking it seriously Shri Gupta sent notice to the Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit at her residence 3, Moti Lal Nehru Marg on 14th March. It was stated in the notice that the Chief Minister should apologise within a week for levelling charges against 'Sampurana' otherwise legal action will be taken. Smt. Dikshit has not replied as yet. Shri Gupta added that the Chief Minister has no basis to level such charges. Delhi Government has created many records of corruption. Whoever raises his voice against its corruption is suppressed by the Government by using various methods.

PRESS RELEASE

In view of the MCD trifurcation, the BJP Legal Cell Delhi, has opened three control rooms in each district i.e. North, East and South alongwith one Central Office at BJP Pradesh Office at 14, Pt. Pant Marg to assist the MCD candidates in filling forms specially women (50% strength) who will be fighting election for the first time. The Control rooms will be operative with immediate effect till the completion of elections from Tis Hazari (North), Karkardooma (East) and Saket (South) courts from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. They will be manned by atleast 20 volunteer advocates each with Notary Public in easy reach. The advocates will go with the candidates to file nomination papers on individual request also.

Meanwhile Shri Anil Soni, Convener BJP Legal Cell has written a letter to Delhi State Election Commission to immediately remove the photo of Shiela Dikshit Chief Minister of Delhi from the website delhi.gov.in as this is the only link to Delhi State Election Commission for natural quaries, nomination forms and election commission instructions etc.

Her photographs on the front web page is unfair and not in accordance with level playing field and violation of Model Code of Conduct. The State Election Commission, Uttarpradesh has the photo of the Election Commissioner.

BJP Legal Cell has also demanded that biggest metropolitan Police Department in the country, Delhi Police, which is bigger than the police departments of London, Paris and Tokyo has only about 5000 women (approx. 6% of total strength) of about 83,000 officers(as reported by Police in 2011). With MCD elections where 50 percent of 272 wards are reserved for women, there is likelihood of law and order problem if sufficient women force is not deployed. Hence we have asked the Police Commissioner to immediately recruit new women force or get force from outside States to suit the strength of women candidates and their supporters.

Central Government cuts the budget assistance to Delhi by Rs. 158 crores

BJP will fight from the streets to Parliament against the Central and Delhi Government to protest against reduction in the assistance to Delhi - Vijender Gupta

Due to inefficiency of Delhi Government, the Finance Minister has adopted insensitive attitude and reduced the Central assistance by 157.86 crore in the budget allocation for the current year..  Last year the Central Government had allotted 1257.86 crore to Delhi.  Delhi Government did not utilise this fund on the public welfare schemes.  On this basis the Central Finance Minister and the Planning Commission adopted indifferent attitude towards Delhi and reduced the Central assistance meant for Delhi.  This way the people of Delhi had to suffer double whammy.  The burden of taxes continued to increase and the development of Delhi was hindered due to reduction in the Central assistance for development.

Pradesh President told that had the Central Government been concerned about the development of Delhi then it could have asked the Delhi Government to explain its failure to utilise the Central fund.  BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has held the inefficiency of Delhi Government directly responsible for this heavy cut and said that the Central Government also adopted insensitive attitude and has not done justice to two crore people of Delhi by reducing the amount of assistance. Due to this the image of Delhi will be tarnished in the entire world.

Shri Gupta told that Delhi BJP will raise this issue of cut in the Central assistance in the Parliament also after consulting the senior leaders.  A high level delegation of Delhi Pradesh will meet the Lt. Governor protesting against the discrimination and inefficiency of Delhi Government and also demand increase in the amount of assistance.  BJP will also take this issue to the general public so that the people may be able to know that although taxes are being increased, Delhi Government and Central Government have hindered the progress of Delhi.

He further told that on the one hand Chief Minister of Delhi Sheila Dikshit plays the drama of changing Delhi into Paris and on the other hand she is not able to utilize the Central assistance for the city.  Due to this 40% people of Delhi do not get water supply and 30% people do not get power supply.  Last year the Finance Minister had allotted 900 crore under JLNURM.  Delhi Government could not spent 400 crore rupees out of this.

Last year the Central Government had allotted 500 crore rupees for the development of urban infrastructure in Delhi, but due to redtapism and inefficiency only 215 crore rupees could be spent.  Hence this year the amount has been reduced to 400 crore rupees.  The condition of Rajiv Ratan Aawas Yojna is so bad that the Central Government has allotted only 10 crore rupees only in the year 2012-13.  How many poor shall be provided free houses for 10 crore rupees?

Under first aid programme, the Central Government had provided 390 crore rupees.  The Government could not utilize even this amount and hence this amount has been reduced by 100 crores and only 290 crores have been given.  When the media asks Delhi Government about it then it replies that the Government has sufficient funds for development projects.  But this statement of the Government is not appreciated by any Delhiites.  Due to fault of the Government two crore people of Delhi shall be suffering.  The cut in the development fund of the Government of its own party in the capital by the Central Government shows that Delhi Government has nothing to do with the common man.  This Government is busy in price spiral, corruption and black money.

BJP OPENLY CHALLENGES THE CHIEF MINISTER OF DELHI FOR A PUBLIC DEBATE ON DEVEPLOPMENT WORKS DONE BY THE MCD AND FALSE PROMISES MADE BY DELHI GOVERNMENT

– YOGENDRA CHANDOLIYA

Senior BJP leader Shri Yogender Chandoliya has appealed to the Congress President that she should stop the Chief Minister of Delhi from making false allegations against the BJP leaders and their family members in order to save the personal and political credibility of the Congress Party and herself and also apologize for it and to desist from such things in future.

To make false allegation against personal activities of the leaders of other parties and family members not connected with his political life is violation of Model Code of Conduct.

Shri Chandoliya told that the Chief Minister of Delhi that he challenges for a debate before any TV channels, Newspaper or any public place on the development works done by the MCD and the unfulfilled promises made by the Delhi Government.

He has warned that if the Chief Minister of Delhi continues to make false and personal allegations which are violation of Model Code of Conduct then BJP will give a fitting reply.

Congress is    a closet full of soot from which countless scams involving Pamela Mountbatten, Mathai, Quatrochi of Bofors scam and a Kerala Hotel case involving the Congress Yuvraj, crores of black money found in the suitcase in Railway compartment near a Congress leader of Delhi will be exposed besides dark side of the personal life of its leaders.

Chandoliya told that before making any personal allegation, the Chief Minister should take into consideration the dignity of her post and get impartial enquiry into it.

Shri Chandoliya further told that actually the false and personal allegations made by the Chief Minister of Delhi against the BJP leaders is as a result of internal fighting in the Congress Party of Delhi and a warning to the Congress President that she should have the control on distribution of tickets to the candidates of all the three corporations with herself.

The Congress Party of Delhi has exposed itself by dividing the MCD in 3 parts in spite of public protest by the Pradesh President.

In the Press Conference of the Chief Minister, such lower level Congress leaders were present who could not hope for tickets for the forthcoming Corporation elections and were trying to get tickets by the grace of the Chief Minister.

Budget completely anti people

Government will recover additional one lakh crore rupees every year from the people with the help of this budget - Vijender Gupta

BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has said that the General Budget 2012-2013 will fuel price rise, increase inflation and is anti people. He told that in place of providing relief in the time of steep price rise, corruption and inflation. the Finance Minister has given only sermons to the people due to which there is great disappointment among the people. He told that Congress Government has now completely failed in running the affairs of the country because this Government has neither policy planning nor foresight.

Shri Gupta told that in the General Budget presented today price rise will increase further. Behaving like a profiteer the Finance Minister has presented the General Budget in which even the food items have not been spared. By increasing service tax by 2% the Finance Minister has tried to put additional burden on the people. 3% people who are paying income tax were expecting that the exemption limit of income tax will be increased to 3 lakh, but this was not done. The exemption limit has been raised to two lakh Rs. only due to which there is great disappointment among the tax payers. This Budget will put additional burden of one lakh crore on the general public.

Severe scarcity of drinking water in Delhi due to increase of ammonia in raw water

JUDICIAL ENQUIRY SHOULD BE HELD IN THE CASE OF POLLUTING WATER OF YAMUNA IN DELHI – VIJENDER GUPTA

Holding the Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, Chairperson of DJB directly responsible for stopping water supply to 50 percent population of Delhi due to increase of ammonia in the Yamuna water to dangerous level, BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has said that stopping water supply in Delhi is the result of conspiracy between Delhi Government, Haryana Government and Central Government.  Government is again and again hatching conspiracy to harass crores of people of Delhi for getting drinking water. He has demanded high level judicial enquiry into this conspiracy.

Under the orders of Supreme Court, Yamuna water is shared between Delhi and Haryana. In spite of this, Haryana Government stops supply of Delhi’s share of water dozen times every year. At present Congress Party is in power in Haryana, Delhi and Centre. Had these Governments been serious about the share of Delhi’s water then this problem could have been solved earlier. There is no big source of water in Delhi. Hence the people of Delhi have to depend on water from Uttrakhand, Haryana and UP. There is large number of factories in Haryana, Sonipat, Panipat and other districts. These factories discharge their polluted water into Yamuna.  This is the reason why the quantity of ammonia in Yamuna passing through Delhi is increasing so much that it becomes dangerous for the people drinking water.

Situation arises dozens of time every year that the water treatment plants have to be shut down. During the last two days the quantity of ammonia increased to 2.8 ppm which is dangerous for human consumption. The quantity of ammonia may come down if Haryana releases additional water to Delhi. Delhi Government has not made any effort in this regard during the last 48 hours. Delhi Government has not made any emergency provision for the supply of water in Delhi. The quantity of ground water and number of tankers in Delhi are not sufficient to meet the requirement.  Due to this, there is great scarcity of drinking water in Delhi for the last two days and Delhi Government and the Central Government are not sensitive about it.

Hike in the fare of sleeper class is an unbearable burden on the people of Poorvanchal & Maharashtra - Vijender Gupta

BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has said that the steep hike of Rs. 50 in the sleeper class fare from Delhi to Patna and Rs. 70 in the sleeper class fare from Delhi to Maharashtra proposed in the Rail Budget today is unnecessary burden on the people in the time of price spiral and demanded the Rail Minister to withdraw it immediately.

He told that Poorvanchal is already suffering from poverty. The people of Poorvanchal are laborious and hence they are in demand in entire India. Economic system of many big cities of India is prospering due to the labour of the people of Poorvanchal. Every year lakhs of people go to other States from Bihar. If five members of the family travel then that poor family will have to bear Rs. 250/- in addition which is anti people decision. Large number of people of Maharashtra live in Delhi. Now these families will have to pay Rs. 350/- in addition which is unbearable for them.

BJP Pradesh President serves legal notice for absurd charges leveled by the Chief Minister

SHEILA DIKSHIT SHOULD APOLOGISE OR FACE LEGAL ACTION – VIJENDER GUPTA

BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has served notice of defamation and claim for damages to the Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit for leveling serious charges against him on 12th March. If Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit does not withdraw her charges and apologize unconditionally then cases shall be filed for defamation and for other legal action.

Giving this information, Shri Gupta told that Smt. Sheila Dikshit is the Chief Minister of Delhi for the last 13 years. She is formally apprised about the activities of Delhi Government, its various departments and MCD. In spite of this she committed defamation of Pradesh President deliberately in a Press Conference for running a NGO named SAMPURNA and committing corruption in it. Smt. Sheila Dikshit has committed mala-fide act of tarnish the image of a reputed person holding the post of Pradesh President of a national party like BJP.

He told that in the month of March-April the process of election to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi are to be completed. The results of the recently held elections to the Assemblies of five States have shown that the Congress is taking its last breathe. In view of the victory of BJP in the forthcoming elections, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has panicked and has started making the elections to the MCD toxic. The charges leveled by the Chief Minister against Pradesh President are without any proof and it shows her lack of experience, ego and fascist character because had the Chief Minister been serious she must have truth about SAMPURNA before leveling the charges.

BJP Pradesh President told that it is the habit of the Congress Party and the people connected with it that whoever raises voice against corruption and anti people policies of the Congress, baseless charges are leveled and his voice is suppressed with the misuse of official machinery. The Central Government and Delhi Government have been doing this since a long. The case of Baba Ramdev and Anna Hazare is before us. These people were lathi charged, sent to jail because they had raised voice against loot, corruption, black money of the Congress and awakened the people. BJP has also taken out Jansangharsh Yatra in entire Delhi to protest against the atrocities, price rise, corruption, dictatorship and antipeople policies of the Government. Congress Government panicked due to the popularity and support of Jansangharsh Yatra. Hence Chief Minister has tried to defame the Pradesh President by hatching a conspiracy. He told that BJP is not afraid of these charges. BJP will continue to raise the voice of the people with full force in future also.

General Secretary of Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Prabhandhak Committee Gurmeet Singh Shunty joins BJP

General Secretary of Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Prabhandhak Committee Shri Gurmeet Singh Shunty along with his five hundred followers joined BJP at the BJP Delhi Pradesh Headquarters in the presence of Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta. On this occasion Shri Gupta told that two crore people of Delhi are suffering due to 13 years misgovernance of Congress in Delhi. They want to get rid of Sheila's misrule. Sikhs are brave community and patriotic. Their ideology is full of nationalist emotions. The relations between BJP and the Sikhs is very old. BJP will certainly solve the problems of Sikh community when it comes to power.

Shri Shunty told that his ideology has always been nationalistic. For the Congress Party power is every thing. This Party has lost its directions. Only the BJP can provide direction to the country. The welfare of the people and the development of the country can be achieved only through BJP. Hence we have join the BJP. From today he and hundred of his followers shall work for the BJP with full dedication. In the next elections, the Sikh community will certainly teach the Congress Party a lesson for its betrayal.

Under the leadership of Moti Nagar Legislator Shri Subhash Sachdeva, Shri Shunty and his followers joined BJP as primary members at the Party Headquarters. On this occasion Mayor Rajni Abbi, Vice President and Spokesperson Vijay Jolly, Pradesh General Secretary Pravesh Verma, Yogender Chandoliya, Subhash Arya, Bharat Bhushan Madaan, Chandrashekhar Puri, Sanjay Wadhwa, Kiran Pathaniya, Rajender Bairwa, Paramjeet Singh Romi, Pradeep Bharara, Vimal Bhayana and hundreds of other people of area were present. All of them raised slogan 'Bhajpa Jindabad' on this occasion.

Accused of corruption of crores starts behaving in Talibani way

ONE MORE EXAMPLE OF SUPPRESSION OF VOICE AGAINST CORRUPTION – VIJENDER GUPTA

Reacting sharply to the baseless and false charges made by CM Sheila Dikshit, furious due to serious charges of BJP and unprecedented popularity of Jansangharsh Yatra, BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta in a Press Conference told that Chief Minister has been a dictator but now she has crossed of the limits of public decorum and acting in a Talibani manner and making false allegation against him. Shri Gupta has taken the allegations seriously and told that he will file defamation case against Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit. Shri Gupta announced that BJP will soon publish a booklet on the bungling and scams during the tenure of Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit. Some of these are urban infrastructure development scam, power scam, water supply bungling, unauthorized colony scam, slum cluster bungling, Rajiv Ratna aawas yojna bungling, PDS scam, transport scam, Yamuna cleaning bungling, education bungling, health scam, industrial plot bungling, JLNURM mission bungling, wine bungling, PWD road scam, agricultural land bungling, smart card scam, co-operative group society land scam etc.

Shri Gupta further told that the Chief Minister is acting in a Talibani manner. She is suppressing the people raising their voice against her corrupt activities. The policy of the Congress is to misuse power openly and commit corruption. They do not care about laws and the Constitution. Whoever raises his voice should be suppressed with the use of police force and bullets. The way in which the Congress Government used lathis, tear gas against the social activist Anna Hazare, famous Nationalist Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev to crush their voice the same way the Congress Government is trying to do against the political parties and political persons. BJP always works in favour of the people. It takes the help of public movement, solving the problems of the people etc. No Congress Government can suppress the voice of the BJP. The people of Delhi have sounded bugle against the Congress. The Congress leaders very well know about it. Hence Government has started taking the help of conspiracy and false charges.

Pradesh President gave this information to the press persons at the Pradesh Headquarters today. In this Press Conference Mayor Rajni Abbi, Vijay Jolly, Pravesh Verma, Yogender Chandoliya and Shubhash Arya were also present. He told that the Congressmen do not care about law or the Constitution although they are completely involved in corruption. Many Constitutional institutions – CAG, V.K. Shunglu Committee, PAC of Delhi Government, CBI, CVC, CPWD, Central Energy Department, Cenral Revenue Department, Income Tax Department, Lokayukta of Delhi have accused Sheila Dikshit of committing scams, misuse of position forgery, fraud etc. In spite of the fact that there is sufficient proof about it, she has not resigned from her post.

Directly challenging the Chief Minister, Shri Gupta told that BJP will not give in to her pressure. He will continue to discharge the responsibilities as the President of Delhi Pradesh. Whenever Delhi Government will commit atrocities, corruption, fuel price rise and other anti people decisions, BJP will give a fitting reply through public movements and agitations. Signatures of 20 Lakh people of Delhi was submitted by the BJP Delhi Pradesh to the President protesting against the corruption, anti people policies of the Government, price rise etc. These signed forms have been submitted to the President of India by a BJP Delegation for necessary legal action. Due to this, the Chief Minister is on back foot and BJP will rest only after sending her to Jail. Mrs. Shiela Dikshit has lost her balance due to various charges and allegation against her.

In spite of serious charges against Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, Congress President Sonia Gandhi, PM Manmohan Singh, Home Minister P. Chidambaram, Urban Development Minister Shri Kamalnath have not taken any legal action. The Lokayukta had also accused Delhi Government of waving VAT of about 129 crores. In place of facing the charges, the dictator Chief Minister talked about curtailing the powers of Lokayukta. The PM appointed V.K. Shunglu Committee accused her of heavy corruption in 42 projects related to CWG then the Chief Minister rejected the report of Shunglu Committee. She also advised the CAG not to cross its limits.

The anti people and dictator Chief Minister made scores of false promises and announcements at the time of every election to secure the votes of the people. In 2008 she got the provisional certificates for regularization of unauthorized colonies distributed through Congress President Sonia Gandhi. Now, efforts are being made to cover up the case. Chief Minister committed corruption of 12,500 crores in the privatization of power. The PAC of her Government confirmed it. The committee also recommended for CBI enquiry but no such enquiry has been done till date. During the Commonwealth Games, the Chief Minister committed corruption openly. She transferred the SC welfare fund of 680 crore rupees to the CWG fund in unconstitutional way. This money has not been refunded to the SC welfare fund till date.

The Lokayukta of Delhi recommended removal of her favorite Minister Rajkumar Chauhan to the President of India but Shri Chauhan continues on his post. Her Parliamentary Secretary Tarvinder Singh Marwah got his daughter admitted to Mata Sundari College on the basis forged marksheet and forged certificate. When BJP lodged report to the police then the Chief Minister asked him to resign. All the three private power companies are earning profit from the first day of privatization (1st July, 2002). Inspite of this, the power tariff is being hike with the connivance of the Government. The former DERC Chairman had clearly stated that the companies are earning profits and hence they should reduce power tariff by 20 percent. The Government had to bow down to the strong movement of the people and BJP. Just after his retirement, Delhi Government allowed 22 percent power hike. Even after that, the Chief Minister gave bailout of 500 crore rupees to the power companies. Now, on the directions of High Court Delhi Government have filed an affidavit in the court indicating its intentions to get the accounts audited by CAG. Inspite of this Chief Minister is saying that regular audit by the CAG is not possible. BJP demands that the accounts of the power companies should be audited from 1st July, 2002 till they are in the business of power distribution.

BJP will continue to fight for the rights of the people

Sheila Dikshit involved in corruption of thousands of crores makes false and baseless allegations against BJP Pradesh President

Expressing his reaction to the false and baseless allegations by the Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit in a Press Conference, Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta told that the Chief Minister has become furious due to the popularity and public support to 14 days Janasangharsh Yatra. Due to this she has lost control over herself and accusing Pradesh President without any proof. There is no substance in these allegations. If there was any substance then the Chief Minister could show them in the Press Conference. Had the Chief Minister any morality then she may have resigned after the charges of corruption of crores by Shunglu Committee and the CAG in Games projects and may have faced the law of the land.

Pradesh President told that Delhi BJP is always in favour of the common man. During direct contact with the people in Janasangharsh Yatra, the commonman exposed the claims about development by Smt. Sheila Dikshit. Shri Vijender Gupta himself saw the bad conditions of Delhi. During the Yatra people from all the sections of society stated their sufferings before the Pradesh President. It shows that now Delhi is not with Congress. The people want to get rid of most unpopular Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit. All the departments of Government are involved in corruption. The Congress misrule continues in the capital. The Lokayukta of Delhi recommended for legal action against Sheila Dikshit to the President of India, but Smt. Sheila Dikshit did not resign and raised question against the institution of Lokayukta.

Janasangharsh Yatra changed into a movement within no time. Due to this the Congressmen and the Chief Minister are in a fix. While making allegations the Chief Minister did not think of the dignity of the post of CM. She also tried to mislead the press as she has been doing during the last 13 years by making false announcements. Shri Gupta told that he entered politics so that he may fight for the commonman in a just manner. BJP will continue to fight for the commonman although the opponents may be making false allegations. BJP will make its movement more forceful protesting against corruption, anti people policies, price spiral and lack of basic amenities. The truth of the people making false allegations will come before the people automatically.

After making all the public services on-line by the MCD under e-governance, now BJP Delhi Pradesh has made the procedure connected with MCD elections on-line.  This way the BJP Delhi Pradesh has made elections high-tech.  Now the Party workers will not have to waste their valuable time visiting the Pradesh Headquarters and the important leaders.  The ticket seekers and other persons wanting to get information or giving suggestions, getting important forms etc. can log on to www.bjpdelhi.org and also for filing their biodata on the format given on the website and username through : mcdelection2012 and password - pantmarg and send directly to the Party Headquarters.

Giving this information, Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta told that the Party has already decided that those people who shall visit Party office or the houses of senior leaders for getting ticket or pressurizing them will not get any benefit.  BJP is a disciplined Party.  At the time of elections the senior leaders have been given important responsibilities and they are busy in it.  In such situation wasting the time of senior leaders will be treated as indiscipline.

The Party workers sitting their houses can have access to important documents and exchange suggestions.  The present time is of e-governance.  Hence the Party has made available all the information and facilities on-line.  Any person or institution can get and provide the required information on computer, laptop, tablet, mobile etc.  Pradesh President told that BJP is a big Party and its learned workers should fully utilized this facility.  The meeting of the election committee will be held soon.  In this meeting the names of eligible candidates will be considered and the most suitable candidates will be given the tickets following the procedures and norms of the Party.

Shri Gupta has appealed to lakhs of workers of Delhi that they should leave the work of distributing tickets for the Party and should start public contact programme to make the BJP victorious.  The present conditions are conducive for the victory of BJP. The people are bent upon dislodging the Congress Government.  Congress Government of Delhi has made the capital from bad to worse during the last 13 years.  Two crore people of Delhi are not getting sufficient water, power, public transport, education, health services, employment and housing facility.  Due to this the people of Delhi have made up their mind to bid good-bye to Congress Party.  The result of recently held elections in five States have confirmed the rout of Congress.

Overall power purchase adjustment formula

ONE MORE CONSPIRACY TO LOOT THE PEOPLE OF DELHI BY POWER COMPANIES – VIJENDER GUPTA

BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta said here today that one more conspiracy is being hatched by the power companies to loot the people of Delhi. If the Chief Minister of Delhi Sheila Dikshit remain silent then the power bills of the consumers will be doubled in the coming days. He told that under a well planned conspiracy the power companies have demanded the DERC to implement over all Power Purchase Adjustment formula to loot the consumers.

Protesting against the unjustified power companies demand, Shri Gupta has rejected the argument of the power companies that they have no control over the fluctuation in power purchase. Hence the consumer should be charged for these expenditures. It is unfortunate that even after imposing fuel surcharge at bailout package, the power companies are not satisfied. The power companies have recently succeeded in increasing hike power tariff on the name of fuel charge. Now, the formula considered to be imposed on the consumer will lead to corruption because there is no check on the accounts of power companies.

He further told that it is open secret that during the contract system the private contractors who showed 300 rupees as the purchase price for a wire of 150 rupees will continue. There is already lakh of complaints about fast running meters but the power companies are not accountable for it. The reason is that the Congress Government of Delhi has left the people at the mercy of power companies. BJP President has demanded that this proposal should be rejected. Inview of the interest of the people of Delhi the DERC should not give any new approval.

Case of forged marksheet hots up

Ten thousand BJP workers arrested while marching towards PM residence demanding dismissal of Sheila Dikshit – Vijender Gupta

Under the leadership of Delhi Pradesh BJP President Shri Vijender Gupta ten thousand BJP workers marching towards PM residence demanding dismissal of Chief Minister of Delhi Smt. Sheila Dikshit were taken into custody by the Police.

Before the arrest the workers assembled at Ramlila Maidan and when started marching towards Parliament through Ranjit Singh Flyover, Tolstoy Marg, Jantar Mantar, the police used force to disperse them.  But the workers demanding dismissal of Sheila Dikshit and arrest of Congress Legislator Tarvinder Singh Marwah did not stop.  They crossed all the three barriers.  After this the police arrested ten thousand BJP workers.  Besides Pradesh President Leader of the Opposition in Delhi State Assembly Prof. Vijay Kumar Malhotra, BJP National General Secretary Shri Vijay Goel, Pradesh Co-Incharge Shri Rameshwar Chaurasia, Pradesh General Secretary Shri Ramesh Bidhuri, Leader of the MCD House Shri Subhash Arya, Chairman of the Standing Committee Shri Yogender Chandoliya and Deputy Mayor Shri Anil Sharma are the prominent persons who participated in the demonstration.

On this occasion Shri Vijender Gupta told that even 96 hours after lodging FIR for getting his daughter admitted with the help of forged certificate and forged marksheet Congress Legislator Tarvinder Singh Marwah has not been arrested.  He told that under the pressure of Chief Minister of Delhi, attempts are being made to suppress the case.  Hence it is necessary that CBI should enquire into this case.  He claimed that if CBI starts investigation then many scams shall be unearthed and the corrupt face of Congress will be exposed.  BJP President alleged that the rights of the youth & students of Delhi are being denied.  A general student does not get admission and Congress Legislator is managing admission with the help of Government pressure and his recommendations on official letter head.

BJP National General Secretary Shri Vijay Goel told that this is a serious case.  The Chief Minister of Delhi Smt. Sheila Dikshit is again in the limelight due to this case.  It is surprising that she has been accused in many cases earlier, but the cases were suppressed because the Congress is in power both in Delhi and Centre.

Prof. Vijay Kumar Malhotra told that the charges of corruption and suppression of truth on Sheila Government and her Legislator is not new.  The Chief Minister who is guilty of corruption, fuelling price rise and failing to maintain law & order has been trying to cover up her failures.  The result is that her favorite Legislator got her daughter admitted on the basis of forged documents.

Shri Vijender Gupta announced that BJP Delhi will make this campaign more aggressive with the help of the people of Delhi.  BJP will send the Chief Minister and her colleagues to the place they deserve.

BJP Delhi Pradesh has announced demonstration on the 10th March at Shahidi Park, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg demanding dismissal of Chief Minister of Delhi Sheila Dikshit. BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta told here today that in the case of admission of the daughter of former Parliamentary Secretary to the Chief Minister of Delhi and Legislator Tarvinder Singh Marwah done on the basis of forged documents to a college, there is a conspiracy to give clean chit to the Chief Minister before the enquiry is started. The people of Delhi are stunned due to failure of the Government to take any action against Sheila Dikshti in spite of big list of scams and bungling committed by the Chief Minister.

He told that BJP Delhi will not remain silent. President assures of action on the demand of BJP

BJP submits memorandum with 20 lakh signatures of the people of Delhi to the President protesting against corruption of Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit and price spiral

A delegation of senior leaders of BJP met the President of India Mrs. Pratibha Devi Patil today and submitted signatures of more than 20 lakh people of Delhi protesting against corruption committed by Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit in the CWG, price spiral, anti people policies, black money etc. BJP also submitted a memorandum with it and apprised about the case of forgery with the connivance of Chief Minister’s office in College admission besides corruption & fraud in the case of unauthorized colonies. The delegation was led by Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta.

Besides the Pradesh President the delegation included Prof. Vijay Kumar Malhotra, Vijay Goel, Vani Tripathi, Rameshwar Chaurasia, Vijay Sharma, Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Vijay Jolly etc.
In the memorandum submitted to the President it has been stated that corruption and back breaking price rise is at the climax in Delhi and the country. Many corrupt leaders of Central Government have been sent to jail. The Shunglu Committee and the CAG have found Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit to be involved in corruption. The Lokayukta of Delhi has also confirmed corruption by the Chief Minister and Delhi Government, but the Government has not taken any legal action against the Chief Minister. The delegation told the Hon’ble President that Lokayukta is a Constitutional institution and after enquiry in a legal way the recommendation was again forwarded to Home Ministry and the Home Ministry sent the report to the Chief Minister which is not reasonable. Hence you should intervene in the matter.

Today the greatest problem of the country is corruption and price spiral. Due to corruption oriented policies of the Congress Government corruption and price spiral have become the greatest problem of the country. Government has completely failed in curbing it. The Government does not want to get back black money. The livelihood of more than 10 crore families connected with retail trade in the country is in danger due to the FDI policy of the Central Government. It is shameful for the country that the voice of nationalist people who raised their voice for getting back black money was tried to be suppressed. The delegation requested the President that being the protector of the Constitution and head of the State she should take initiative to end corruption, price rise and bring back black money besides rejecting the anti people and anti trader’s policies of the Government.

The delegation lodged strong protest against the decision of Central Government to allow multi brand retail trade by foreign companies in the capital. They told that due to FDI in retail trade by foreign companies more than 20 lakhs retail traders shall be completely ruined and lose their employment in Delhi. The Government should issue directions for not allowing show rooms by multi-national companies allowed FDI in retail trade in Delhi. The delegation also lodged protest against hike in the price of CNG and told that the information is being received through media that the Central Government is also going to the hike the price of petrol shortly. We believe that it will put a great burden on the people.

It may be mentioned that the BJP Delhi Pradesh had initiated a signature campaign in entire Delhi on 17th and 18th December, 2011 under which more than 20 lakh people signed on the forms prepared by BJP Delhi Pradesh addressed to the President of India. Hon’ble President listened carefully to the delegation and assured of necessary action in this regard.
