Thousands of members of minority community welcome Pradesh President on the 3rd day of Janasangharsh Yatra

Sheila Dikshit should tell how her Govt. will provide water for every person of Delhi - Vijender Gupta

New Delhi, 13th February.  On the 3rd day of Janasangharsh Yatra of BJP which is getting great support from the people of Delhi and becoming popular, BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta, passing through main roads and lanes of Okhla, Jangpura, Patparganj, Kondli and Trilok Puri Assembly constituencies told the people that on the 12th February, the Chief Minister of Delhi Sheila Dikshit deceived the people and cut a cruel joke with the people of Delhi by saying that no body will remain thirsty in the capital now.  Shri Gupta raised a question to the Chief Minister that when Delhi has no sufficient water for supplying to the two crore people of Delhi then how she will provide sufficient water to all the residents of Delhi?  What kind of plan the Government proposes to implement under which it will be able to supply 1500 MGD water which is the total requirement of Delhi?  The total treatment capacity of Delhi is only 850 MGD.  Out of this 40% water is wasted in theft according to the Government sources.

According to the Convenor of Yatra Shri Yogender Chandoliya, the Janasangharsh Yatra started his Yatra from Madanpur Khadar and passed through Sarita Vihar, Okhla, Zakir Nagar, Maharani Bagh, Ashram, Bhogal, Nizamuddin, Lajpat Nagar and trans yamuna area of Patparganj, Kondli and Trilokpuri Assembly Constituency.  Today the local Muslims of Batla House accorded unprecedented welcome to Shri Gupta in his yatra today.  He was garlanded by the local residents, RWA’s and social organizations of this area.  The members of minority community of Zakir Nagar, Jamia, Batla House assured Shri Gupta that they will not be victim of the fraud of the Congress.  The Muslims of Delhi have awakened.  They understand that only the BJP can do good to them.           Addressing hundreds of corner meetings during the whole day yatra, Shri Gupta told that his Janasangharsh Yatra is the yatra of the people of Delhi.  This is also Nayay Yatra of the Hindu-Muslim-Sikh-Christians.  The people of Delhi are heartily supporting this yatra.  Due to this his morale has become high.  During three days of yatra, he saw that how the Congress Government has made the life of the people of Delhi hellish and deprived of amenities.  He resolved that BJP will bring good governance in the capital.  Those people who are completely involved in corruption and anti people conduct shall be sent to jail during the BJP rule.  BJP will compel the Congress leaders and corrupt Ministers, officers to account for every paise of the hard earned money of the people.  During the yatra local citizens raised slogans 'Mehenga Pani, Mehengi Bijli - Sheila Ke Atyacharo Se Badhal Delhi'.           A public meeting was organised on the conclusion of Yatra at Bharati Ki Pulliya, New Ashok Nagar.  Addressing the public meeting  BJP National Spokesperson Shri Ram Nath Kovind told that the UPA Government has encouraged corruption and terrorism in the country.  Every day leaders of UPA are found to be involved in some bungling.  They have also degraded the dignity of democracy by their contempt of constitutional institution like Election Commission.  He further told that inspite of complaint by Election Commission to the President against Law Minister Salman Khursheed, Congress has not removed him from his post.  Smt. Vishakha Sailani, Shri Anil Goel, Shri Sunil Yadav, Shri Anuj Sharma and office bearers of Mandals and Districts were present in large numbers on this occasion.
